Purse Pass License Agreement

By purchasing or using the Purse Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License & Access

KismetMags.com grants you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the Purse Pass for the purpose of accessing and participating in our handbag and wallet exchange program. This license is valid only for the individual account holder and is subject to compliance with these terms.

2. Eligibility

The Purse Pass may only be used with purses or wallets previously purchased directly from KismetMags.com. Items obtained from other sources are not eligible for exchange. You must maintain an active account in good standing to participate.

3. Unlimited Exchanges — Within Reason

The Purse Pass allows for unlimited exchanges, but not unlimited misuse. If an account is flagged for suspected abuse, KismetMags.com reserves the right to investigate, pause, or terminate access to the program.

4. Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke a Purse Pass at any time, with or without notice, if we determine—at our sole discretion—that the pass is being abused. Examples include (but are not limited to):

Returning excessive items clearly used or damaged beyond reasonable wear
Repeatedly exchanging without intent to find or keep a product
Shipping delays, refusals, or manipulation of shipping timelines
Creating multiple accounts to avoid return windows or restrictions
Engaging in any form of fraud or misrepresentation

No refunds will be issued in the case of termination due to abuse.

5. Liability & Risk

You assume all responsibility for returning purses in good condition. KismetMags is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed returns unless caused by our negligence. Improperly returned or unreturned items may be charged at the full market value.

6. Program Changes

KismetMags reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Purse Pass program at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

7. Refund Policy

If your Purse Pass is part of a paid subscription, unused time will not be refunded if the pass is terminated due to abuse or violation of this agreement.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By activating or using the Purse Pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Purse Pass.
